Poppy Seed Salad

Poppy Seed Salad 

 

 •500 grams cucumbers, sliced at an angle
•2 red peppers, thinly sliced
•30 grams coriander, roughly chopped
•60 ml white vinegar
•125 ml olive oil
•15 grams poppy seeds
•15 grams sugar
•Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:
• Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and season according to the quality of the cucumbers.
PREPARATION TIME 20 MINUTES
